Thanks to you and the ladies for making Saturday night a success. The professional yet friendly way in which you help people who have never been to a casino is a credit to Ace of diamonds. Everyone I have spoken to all commented on what great bunch you all are.
 
Although the numbers were down slightly on last years casino, we still managed to raise just over £1500 mainly due to people like yourself who are generous with time and sponsorship of the event.

We had a great day and lots of our guests commented on, what a good idea it was to have roulette and black Jack, it really broke the ice for some people, others just fed their habit….. Ha!
The guys were very well turned out and punctual.
Thanks again for being part of our special day. One that everyone will remember for a very long time (me in particular as I had to pay for it…..another Ha!)

I just wanted to say Wow you lot were fantastic.  I think the night went really well and everyone had such a great time.  Everyone said how nice you all were and how helpful, which you dont hear very often from most companies, so thank you so much for making our  night such a success.
 
After expenses we made over £3000 which is fab and more than I thought we would do.

personally, we didn't have time to play, with it being our wedding, but it was always busy and i haven't had any bad feed back from the guests that attended.

we've been to a James Bond themed night that had a casino evening going on, but it wasn't as well organized, the chips were the same colour for everybody, and you just had to keep your eye on where you placed them.

we would definitely book again should the need arise,

I'm more than happy to provide feedback - we had a great evening.

Overall service was excellent - always a bit daunting making an intetrnet booking with no previous knowledge of the company - but I would definately recommend you to friends.

Just to provide some balance to the feedback - Karl did forget to return my call on 15/3 when he was dealing with another client!

Penny - the croupier - was lovely.  Very friendly and chatty - I felt like I'd known her for ages.  She dealt (no pun intended!) really well with all ages from my 3 year old to my drunk 70 year old father!.

I'm not sure what I expected in terms of DIY gaming tables but when we walked into the room they whole setup looked very professional.

I don't know if we have any photo's - I didn't take any but I can ask if any friends have some they can share.

I'm happy to share my feedback with future clients.
